Parking Mishap

So today I go out to my car and what do ya know there is a parking ticket on my car.

When I traded in my old car I asked them to take off the old parking permit. The permit was in peices but I taped it into the new car as proof.

In order to get a new permit I need the registration, but it hasn't come in yet. It's like a catch-22. I got a ticket for having an "improperly displayed permit." Hopefully I can appeal it.
