Is That Harry Potter?
Miss Moon and I recently got reaquainted with our inner child. Harry Potter has been around since we were in middle school and we've kind of grown up with it.
With the success of the movies, based on the books, there has been an exhibition created. The exhibit showcases memorabilia from the movies. This includes costumes, props, parts of the sets. I almost got to see this when it was in Chicago but "missed the boat."
When it came to Boston I got another opportunity and was not about to pass it up. Unfortunately Miss Moon and I chose the worst possible day to go on. Not only was it on a saturday but there was pouring rain from Ida. The traffic was horrible and we nearly missed our time to enter the exhibit. Luckily we didn't get too wet.
The exhbit itself was certainly interesting. There were all sorts of little things from the movies. There was the egg from the fourth movie that Harry used for a clue, a replica of Hagrid's Hut, and many other interesting artifacts. We had a good time, even though the place was packed and there were so many people.
